The 3rd hole at Lahinch is the most challenging part 4 I have ever played – Mel Sole.
If you have never been “over the pond” and played golf in either Scotland or Ireland, Scotland must be first.
Scotland has the history, and I think every keen golfer should get to play the Old Course at St. Andrews at least once in their life. However, after playing Scotland, Ireland is my favorite place to go on a golf vacation. Absolutely love the golf courses, the people of Ireland and always look forward to that trip. I take groups on a golf vacation to Ireland, Scotland, and South Africa, so each destination gets my attention every third year. My next tour of Ireland is in August of 2015, so anybody interested in joining me on a golfing trip to the Emerald Isle, check out this link.
