Keeping your putter low through impact is an important aspect of putting.  

I remember Johnny Miller saying that he would practice hitting a coin along the floor in the kitchen on his mother’s linoleum as a young boy.  Mike Bender, Top 100 Teacher, gives a similar drill that will help you with your putting.
