3 Simple Stretches that Everyone can do at home!

You’ll have a lot of trouble generating golf swing power if you have problems getting into the full shoulder turn position of your backswing.

The solution? Flexibility. Do these three simple stretches every day to maintain your flexibility and maximize your golf swing power!  Don’t rush this.  Allow gravity to do the work to avoid injury!  If you are not sure whether you can do this or not, consult your primary care physician!

  1. In your golf posture with the club across your shoulders.  Staying in your posture, make a shoulder turn, and a follow-through.
  2. Extending your arms up in the air holding a club, lean sideways for a great side stretch.  Do both sides.
  3. Hook the club into your lower back and again turn back and through without stopping.  Let your hips finish all the way through!
