This will be the first in a series on getting your golf swing in shape with Katherine Roberts who founded “Yoga for Golfers.”  

I like Katherine’s style and a fresh outlook on an age-old discipline.   I am currently working with a personal trainer who is giving me a lot of similar workout routines to what Katherine is teaching.  Watch out for further videos in this series!
