Can the correct launch angle improve your distance?

This is a straightforward drill to understand the launch angle and how it can improve your distance off the tee.  Andy Proudman and Piers Ward from Meandmygolf discuss (with some trepidation) how to do this drill with just a few extra tees in the ground.  By placing three tees in the ground a couple of inches in front of the actual tee and ball, you are forced to hit up on the ball to avoid hitting the front tees. So head to the range and try this. I’m sure you will be thrilled with the results!
