Golf Chats is a website to encourage discussions on various subjects relating to the game of golf. I am Mel Sole, Director of Instruction of the Mel Sole Golf School and SAPGA Master Professional.  I invite you to enter into a discussion on this or any article on the website.  The input is for the entire subscriber base to learn something new each time!  Please post your comments below.  Keep it clean and tasteful.  We are here to learn from one another!

This is part 2 of the video series on moving the ball at will from right to left or left to right.

Hitting the perfect fade has much the same principles as hitting the draw. But, again, understanding clubhead path and clubface angle are key.  Again, Piers Ward and Andy Proudman from Meandmygolf explain the subtle differences.  Thanks to Golf Step by Step for sharing this video once again!

The way players shape the ball is as unique and their fingerprints. For someone like Bubba Watson, it’s as simple as a flick of the wrist one way or the other. For most of us, however, we want to have a concrete, go-to swing that we can count on in any situation.

The boys at Me and My Golf have a simple set up adjustment that will allow you to make your normal swing, but still work the ball from left-to-right for the right-handed golfer or vice versa for lefties.
