Most golfers start the downswing with their arms, thus losing critical clubhead speed and loss of power. We have heard about lag and how it will produce much more clubhead speed, but Piers Ward from Meandmygolf explains the drill in finer detail. The important part of creating lag is to include the lower body to initiate this first movement. Learn to do this and you will gain a lot more power a lot easier!
