Improve those two things, and your swing will feel a lot easier and more powerful. A workout routine will not only improve your golf but make you feel younger and live longer! Here is a simple but effective workout routine from Alex Fortey, founder of Athletic Golf Training.

Here is the breakdown of the golf workout. All of the moves you see in the video can be tweaked and adjusted to suit your needs, ability and equipment. You just need to think a little laterally, so instead of cables, use resistance bands instead.
