We all know about Babe Ruth’s legendary baseball career.

But, as I mentioned in an earlier post entitled Babe Ruth. The Sultan of Swing was quite a golfer, and, as it turned out, a good coach as well!

In addition to being a celebrity golf pioneer — oh, and probably the greatest baseball player ever — Babe Ruth is indirectly responsible for many good golf swings.  Have you ever seen a golfer tuck a glove or something under their arm during practice and hit balls?
